1) You open up to GLOBAL FEEDBACK

Underestimating how people from other continents or cultures think about your work or opinions can be a huge mistake. Rather grow with feedback from as many corners of the world as possible and reflect and shape your own thinking, global thinking that is then.<\/p>\n

2) You grow an INTERNATIONAL NETWORK and establish global friendships<\/strong><\/p>\n

Well, there more you find yourself out there in the world and talk to people the higher your chances become of meeting interesting, cool, strong people. They can be considered a human asset in your circles and might end up in business, friendships, relationships, or that local insider to understand better what is going on where.<\/p>\n

3) You will find your style in leadership and COMMUNICATION ADAPTED<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a result of global feedback and your growing experience of going out, working with, and intense interactions with people from a lot of different cultures and countries, you will find yourself adapting your style in communication. How and when to say something, mention your opinion and at what pace to speak etc. To lead a very diversified and international group of people differs from e.g. team leading back home. Still, it enriches you massively to tailor your leadership style as well and empower or motivate globally.<\/p>\n

4) You experience the GREATER OUTCOME of working with people from all over the world<\/strong><\/p>\n

Well, think about this. Reflect on the first three points and broaden yourself by widely expanding the horizon of your mind-set. Only global thinking allows for that and a global degree surely helps with that.<\/p>\n

5) You are being exposed to a GLOBAL FACULTY in an international environment
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Learning from or with a Professor coming from a total different place on earth (out of space? \ud83d\ude09 ) further brings your reflective horizon to new corner of your brain and this world. Global Faculty forces you to permanently adapt your styles, learn more, and challenge your approaches to work assignments, especially when working in global teams.<\/p>\n
